TEACHING AND COACHING

I love teaching. My specialty is coaching you on your chosen repertoire and digging in on how to explore and effect the music to a fuller expression and delivery. This kind of coaching is useful when you want to work on one song, a set of music for a concert, auditions, or simply your own enjoyment.

PRODUCING

I've been producing and co-producing my solo projects for over 30 years. Choosing repertoire, arranging material and gathering the musicians is what I absolutely love to do. Putting my focus and discernment on another artist is another facet to "paying it forward" so to speak. My experience in the studio is measured in my vast catalogue of work. My involvement in the many things that I have done over the years is very hands on, I know how to manage the production from finding players, engineers, and studios and I love creating an environment that is relaxed, creative and warm. VIDEO EDITING

When the pandemic hit, I turned to my home recording studio to stay busy and creative. Shortly after that Janis Siegel and I created Vocal Gumbo - a monthly virtual concert series - I began learning how to edit video for our show. It has become a new passion and would love to help you edit your next music video. Whether its doing a simple "Text" video or a more elaborate story that includes live footage, multiple players, multiple screens and still footage, I would like to help you realize a visual landscape for your music.
